No Dull Yourself: Break Up If Your Partner Shows Any Of These 8 Signs.

rfrfygodtlfc
According to Krystle Crossman of Healthy Black Woman, it is a sad and unfortunate fact that many women are in abusive relationships. It is an even more unfortunate fact that many of them don’t realize what path the relationship is headed down until it is too late.
Crossman lists some warning signs that you may be in an abusive relationship and should get out before it gets worse:
1. When you are around other people your partner likes to humiliate you: They will call you names and degrade you in front of anyone that you meet. They do this to have dominance in the relationship. They like to destroy your self-worth so that you feel like you don’t deserve anyone better.
2. You are not allowed to make your own decisions: They decide where you go, when you go, who you are friends with, and what you are allowed to wear. You have no control over your life anymore. Your independence is gone and they control every little thing that you do.
3. When you have done something that they don’t like or are not doing something they want they will threaten you: It may be a threat of physical harm or something else such as ending the relationship. Many women pa$$ this off because they feel that they are empty threats but they often turn into real threats which they act upon.
4. If they are spoken to about their abusive behavior they will pass the blame off on you stating that you deserved it: They will deny that they are doing anything wrong and state that if you didn’t do certain things they wouldn’t have to hurt you.
5. If you are financially dependent on them they will use money against you: They will threaten to leave and take everything. They will give you an “allowance” and not let you touch the money that comes in. They may even restrict you from working so that you depend completely on them for income.
6. They will limit or completely destroy any relationship that you have with your family and friends: They do not want you to talk to others about the relationship and they do not want other people putting ideas in your head. This gives them complete control.
7. If you have children together they will often use them against you: They will turn the children against you by lying to them. They will use the children as a bargaining tool if they feel like you are going to leave them.
8. They will make you fear them: Intimidation is a way for them to control you and make sure you do everything that they want. They want to make sure that you are afraid to do anything wrong and too afraid to leave.

Austria’s family charge up the rankings.

Players of Austria celebrate
Austria head coach Marcel Koller was in good spirits as he took to the podium at the Austrian Football Association’s press conference in Vienna on Wednesday 9 September 2015, wearing a beret and clutching a baguette in one hand. The laid-back Swiss coach had a very good reason for this unusual sartorial selection after Austria booked their ticket to UEFA EURO 2016 in France the previous evening.
“For a long time now I’ve been emphasising that we haven’t got there yet, but now it’s official: France here we come!” Koller gleefully declared. “This performance has brought joy not just to me but to the whole of Austria, and working with the team is unbelievably good fun. The players have become friends and worked hard for this success.”
The team have also made history by qualifying for Europe’s biggest international tournament via their group for the very first time [Editor’s note: they qualified automatically as co-hosts in 2008]. The triumph also serves as a crowning achievement for the current upturn in Austria’s footballing fortunes, with their 13th spot in the September edition of the FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking marking the country’s highest placing since the table was first introduced.
The neighbours of the current world champions were 70th in the world as recently as four years ago, having previously recorded an all-time low ranking of 92nd in 2008. Former coach Didi Constantini resigned after a series of disappointing results in the run-up to the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™, prompting Koller to take the helm in November 2011. The team have steadily improved ever since and almost got within reach of a place at last summer's World Cup, a narrow loss to Sweden meaning they finished third in a challenging group that also included eventual winners Germany.

El-Rufai Put An End To “Admission Fees” Payment In Kaduna Owned Tertiary Institutions

The Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El Rufai yesterday announced the abolition of fees paid for admission forms and their processing by applicants seeking admission into tertiary institutions owned by Kaduna state.
The State Commissioner for Education, Dr. Shehu Usman-Adamu, who spoke to journalists shortly after the cabinet meeting at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, Kaduna on behalf of the governor said: “All state government owned tertiary institution have been directed to stop payments for admission forms and for the processing of the forms for all tertiary schools in Kaduna State with immediate effect.
“Under no condition should prospective students be subjected to buying scratch cards for admission forms or pay processing fees in any of the state-owned higher schools.
“Admission into higher institutions should not be treated as a revenue source, hence, government decision to to abolishe the fees.
“The Governor has also directed that all non-teaching occupants of school quarters vacate the premises within 90 days.
“Henceforth teachers transferred to other schools must vacate their official quarters within six months to give way for other occupants”, he said.
Meanwhile, the State Executive Council also approved a draft Fiscal Responsibility Bill.
The State Commissioner for Finance, Suleiman Kwari, who disclosed this after the council meeting, said the Fiscal Responsibility Bill is designed to help protect the state from fiscal indiscipline and reform public financial management in the state.
He said: “The absence of a guiding framework for fiscal policy by previous governments had made the state become one of the most indebted in the country.
“Therefore, the new government has decided to pursue macro-fiscal discipline, compliance with rules and the attainment of budget credibility,” he said.
“A bill which will be submitted to the state’s House of Assembly for legislation would provide for an independent commission to monitor and enforce the provisions of the proposed law.
“When passed into law, the bill will limit possible deficits to not more than five per cent of aggregated revenue.
“The law if operational will also create a Kaduna State Fiscal Responsibility Commission, KADFREC, which shall be independent and be capable of recommending violators for prosecution that on conviction may result in imprisonment or the payment of fines.”
